1 cup White Wine
1/2 teaspoon Italian Herb Blend from your Herb Mill
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
3 cloves garlic paste from Gourmet Grater
2 cups broccoli flowerets
4 cups hot cooked penne pasta (medium tube-shaped pasta),
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Roma Tomatoes diced and strained
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese from your Grater
Mix wine, butter, herbs, pepper, garlic and broccoli in skillet. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 3 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp.
Add pasta and Tomatoes. Toss to coat. Serve with cheese on top.
Sometimes I add about a tablespoon of Lemon Juice to this.
