4 garlic cloves made to paste using your Pako Lazo grater
1 tsp. sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Red pepper chili flakes crushed from your Herb Mill
1 Tbsp. Italian Herbs from Mill

Freshly grated Parmesan (pass separately on top of grater on table)
